i am building a workshop for a client. it’s a 32 long by 12 foot wide rectangular structure. i made the trusses myself to a 4 in 12 pitch (18.5 degrees). when it came to cut the clapboards to fit on the peak, the angle i was using on the framing square was more like 3 in 24, how so?
