Does anyone have any really great checklists (in MS Word) that you use for estimating site visits, or when you are handing a job off from sales/estimating to the production staff?
We are a smaller remodeling company that is growing larger. Information that used to live quite happily in our heads or in our black & white notebooks now is getting lost between the cracks………there is too much of it to deal with the “old fashioned” way!
I’d be truly grateful for the help!
