I could use a good helper, maybe 2, on the north side of Chicago. Most all my work is in old houses and buildings (3-flats, 6 flats…). Experience is a must, the more the better. Must have health insurance as my customers insist on it, and I will check. It would also be nice if I could see some of your work but I understand that’s not always possible.
I could also use some good electrical and plumbing contacts. Reply to [email protected] or call 773-334-8066 and leave a message.

You're requiring that your employees have their own health insurance? A lot of guys working in the business as laborers or apprentices don't have medical until the company provides it. I'm not even sure it's legal to make it a condition of employment... might want to ask your attorney about that.

What is this, the Inquisition? If I wanted legal advice I'd post in a legal forum. If you're not a skilled labor looking for a decent job, don't reply!
