child step stool for bathroom cabinet

I am looking to add/make a step stool that attaches to the floor of a bathroom cabinet. This way the kids can open the doors and pull out and down this stool.
Has anyone seen something like this? Where? If I make it, where should the pivot points be? Is there a CAD program that would help. Thanks in advance!!!

Drawer in toe kick
Dad built the cabinets in the house I grew up in.
There was a bottom drawer down at the toe kick level, that had rollers on the bottom, and a piece of 3/4 plywood on top of it.
It was about 8-inches high, and the plywood top could lift off so the drawer was still good for storage.
Pretty elegant solution.
Yep - there is an example of this in the current Kitchen and Baths issue.
