A friend is reroofing a building using standing seam metal roofing. The building has a 24″ square brick chimney coming out right at the peak of the
roof and about in the center of the house. They asked me about the
proper way to flash the chimney. The only place I have ever used metal
roofing is on a woodshed, so I am not much help. I need advice! Thanks
in advance.
