I am getting ready to build a new home and I am looking into different types of foundations. I am debating between Superior Walls of America, Ltd. and the old standby – Poured in place Concrete walls. I have been to Superior Walls of America, Ltd. WEB, I have seen it at the Home Show and I went on site to an installation and was very impressed with the product. However, my Architect as not seen or had experience with the product and is leery of putting his Stamp on something the he doesn’t have experience with.
What is you viewpoint on the new (15Years in production) Wall?
Have you had a lot of experience with it?
Have you heard of any problems with it?
Would you use the product again or use Poured wall instead?
The product has not been around for as long as poured walls, what kind of reputation and longevity does the company have?
After all this is what my whole house is sitting on for the next 100 years.
Please respond ASAP if possible. We are getting ready to start within the next two weeks.
Thanks for your assistance.
