Do any of the paint companies make up small size color samples, like a pint or less?
We keep buying quarts, use about 4 brushes of it, then gee thats not a good color, then throw out the paint/money.
Any brands mix small samples??????

Have you considered looking at the paint chips they have in the paint store ? Many brands are now supplying larger chips and they are much more accurate than in the bad old days (you may require 2 coats of paint over an appropriate primer to get a match).

If you want to use one of their brands (includes Benjamin Moore) Belcaro Paint in Denver (http://www.belcaro.com/) has "testers" that are very handy.
Had a customer once who didn't want to monkey with small paint chips. I insisted upfront that we budget for at least 6 quarts of test colours.
Luckily, she made her decision on the fourth can we tried.
Good Luck rg
