   "productive and socially responsible?"

   Different people might define that choice of wording differently, which might be why you have no answers yet.

   One might be to have the kids design and print and sell a calender. It is a group project and I gaurantee you every relative of every kid will buy one. But proceed carefully. more than twelve artists and somebody will get their feelings hurt.

   or if their art is truly good, you can print greeting cards/stationary with their art on the lid to sell. Almost too late now to cach the Christmass season.

   Is a raffle "socially responsible?"
