we recently renovated several rooms in our late 1800’s cape, and one of the rooms had very ornate plaster over wood molding at the wall/ceiling intersection. We(my wife really) want to try and save them and reuse with our new walls and ceilings but they are quite dirty and gray compared to all the fresh paint. Anyone have a suggestions about how to safely clean and restore it to its original white color?
