One of my good clients has a stained terrazzo shower pan. Any ideas on how to clean it? Can it be sealed after it’s cleaned?
Thanks,
Jon

Jon, what kind of stain? Is it rust?
*No, not rust. It looks more like something was spilled there. The color isn't really even changed, just kind of a big dark spot. Who knows what, or when!Jon
*Since the stain is unidentified I can only suggest two generic stain removal methods. One, mostly like the stain is on the surface only. Try sanding at high speed with a fine grit, about 280 grit. Two, what goes in must come out. A poulstice of white vinegar, cornstartch, and non-chlorine bleach may pull the stain back out. Keep the poulstice wet by adding more vinegar occassionaly. And don't breathe the fumes!
