My brother (RIP) was not very fastidious about cleaning the flux off his copper plumbing connections after soldering so there’s a lot of corrosion around them that I’m trying to clean up 20 years later to get his house ready for sale.
Is there something I can use to remove the greasy-looking flux, green patina, and all the crud that has stuck to it over the years?
I’m trying to avoid going over everything with emery cloth, it’s a house not a barn-find Mustang.
