Pop was thinking of buying some land south of there (Eminence, MO) in 1955, it was at $32 an acre, he thought that was high.
No idea now, gotta be a lot less than $200K an acre in my neighborhood (WC/WA) now.
PS - pick a value in between <G>

Not thinking of moving to Missouri, not.
This is 200 acres a friend inherited & wants to sell. It has or had walnut trees on it long ago and maybe still does.
Local real estate guy he contacted sez $1000 an acre.

Hi Joe,
Cole Camp is about 70 miles north of me. Pretty close to Truman Lake.
I'd guess that $1000 per would be the high side for 200 acres. Of course it depends on the property. Improvements and such, and the ratio of clear land to timber. But then that area is where MO starts to flatten out, so I guess it could go that high if it's all good farm land.
Chop it into fives and tens for building and you could double the price. That's what is happening around here.
