Prescriptive codes don't address the connection at less common angles, so base the connection off more typical ones using bolts, structural screws, blocking, and steel tension ties.

I just bought a collection for about $1 per issue, including shipping.
I'll chime in, just bought a set for $100 in like new condition. $100 shipping.
That's interesting. I bought my whole set for $35 and the guy included shipping! I just think that they are worth more to the right "collector".
The price of anything is what someone is willing to pay for it. If someone offered me $750 for mine I'd sell in a minute.

Issues 1 - 173 went for $255 plus $60 shipping on Ebay over the weekend.
