Many years ago I paid $4.00 or $5.00 an issue for older issues I needed to fill in my collection. 10 years ago I decided to sell my 25 year collection as my eyesight had gotten bad enough that I no longer read them. About the same time ads started appearing here with other offers to sell. In another year there was a tsunami of sellers and no buyers. The digital revolution had come and made our collections worthless. Give them to a thrift store and don't look back.
I agree with Florida. I have almost the same amount of issues, which were destined for bookshelves I had been building in my office, but I purchased the USB stick with the entire collection of issues for $80 from FHB.
In Texas, you could bring them to Half Price Books and probably get $25-$50 for the set.
Of course my bookshelves will look empty with just a usb stick sitting on them, but I'm sure my wife will find a use for them for treasured collections.
Hi I realize it's been quite awhile.sincw your post. Are the magazines still available?

You may not have remarked, but the detailed section in Fine Woodworking nearly constantly has set for purchase. Sometimes entire, sometimes unfinished. Charges up to $450 or so. Do they actually sell at that rate?
