Complete TracRac ladder rack sys SE Mich
Hey All,
I have a ladder rack system that I didn’t Ram and is set up for a 6.5′ truck bed. It will fit ANY 6.5 or shorter truck bed as the system is totally modular and will adjust to any fit.
This rack is made completely out of anodized aluminum, so it is lightweight, yet has a load capacity of 750lbs. Unlike the new Trac Rac systems, this unit is clear-coated aluminum – the new system’s are painted aluminum.
As it was a Mopar deal, there are some easily removable Ram’s head logo stickers.
The unique feature of this ladder rack system is the fact that the upright’s slide on the system rails and cradle one another. So that you can slide the rear upright all the way up to the front one if you need an open bed area. They are both easily removable by sliding right off – so you can remove both in second’s and leave the side rails on.
This comes with the two uprights, two side rails (easily cut down to fit 5′-6′ bed rails, 6 side rail clamps (no drilling required), two sliding position tie-down points, 8 ladder holding tie down points and an aluminum truck window protector accessory that can also be mounted upside-down to act as a sliding cargo hold down/divided.
As equipped, this is probably about $900-$1000 of retail cost stuff. I used it for about a year and haven’t used it since I got a trailer and truck cap and use the racks on those.
This system is very cool, but if I’m not using it, it just takes up room.
Selling it complete for $375.00.
This is in great shape – still shiny enough to where it will complement a brand new truck.
You can also get a cantilever accessory to increase the load rating to 1000+lbs,
