Hello all, 
 I have a client with several dogs that can’t seem to make it outside to use the bathroom, so they routinely go on the basement floor, which is currently  carpeted. I am planning to rip up the carpet, revealing the concrete floor, I hope. What’s the best kind of sealer to use to protect the concrete from dog waste?  Alternatively, would vinyl plank laminate keep liquid from seeping through to the concrete?
