I’ve got 15 concrete blankets for sale. They’re 6′ X 25′ bought new and used once. They sell for about $36.00 apiece new, I’d like to get maybe $300.00 for them. (is that a reasonable price?) I’ve gotten tired of calling local concrete guys and getting told they won’t need them until winter and call them back then.
I’m in eastern Iowa

I bet the price goes up to $500 when the first cold snap hits unexpectedly and somebody's in the middle of a pour.
I'm sorry, I thought you wanted it done the right way.
???
we must not have same kind. Mine cost about $22 each two years ago. same size you mention, light and waterproof.
Silvered on one side, black on the other, dual bubblewrap type inbetween.
Out in Colorado I saw somew that masons used for stone and block work, chimneys and walls. It was vinyl clad rag wool with a heating element you could plug in like the electric blankes folks use on their beds

Nope, that's what mine are, just as you described. You either got a real bargain, or the price shot up in 2 years, or it's just a regional price difference. Aren't you in Florida? or someplace similarly temperate?
Anyway, I just need to get rid of them and get them off the books.
At a yard that regularly supplies concrete guys. Sounds like maybe I got a good discount while you paid full retail with inflation increases too.I've rented mine out for $6 apiece a couple of times now since buying them, so I have little still tied up in them. You might consider doing that, if you have contacts in your area to let the crete guys know about them. otherwise, good luck.BTW, I am in Maine.

Good! BTW, My accountant was just asking me what concrete cure blankets were. The imagination was working overtime in her office trying to figure out what kind of "tool" I was investing in
