Can someone tell me the best ways and products to repair a concrete gargage floolr that is pitted and spaulding from years of road salt?

Search for their Miracote Repair Mortar III. It's a squeegy-able applied juicy ceement that is used for such purposes. Can also be troweled. Be sure your subsurface is thoroughly cleaned and use the primer.
What goes on top of this?
One can lay other tinted cementatious coatings on top,or use it as a base for epoxies. But I wouldn't feel comfortable with just this as the final coat.
Ardex also has various types of topping compounds that work well in such situations.
