10 drill holes (8mm diameter, 50 mm length) in a concrete ceiling were filled using a high strength concrete repair product and a bonding agent. It’s been curing for a whole year. What are the chances of drilling in the repaired area is secure to han a curtain pole? Since the surface is painted is not possible to determine where the old holes were

I would think so.
Worst case would be you drill into the edge of one of the holes, and the filling crumbles.
In this case, the course of action would be to move to a larger bit, and use a different anchor designed for this use in concrete.
You might want to start with a 6mm version and have the 8mm on hand (bits and fasteners)
Thanks!
