Is there a way to seal a foundation against water intrusion? We discovered Zypex and it sounds great but haven’t heard anything from anyone who has seen long term effects.
We’re about to do a basement which the owner says has water coming through his retaining wall.
Is this something for a sealant or signs of a crack in the concrete? He has good drainage (supposedly) on the other side of the retaining wall.
