i am replacing a single 32″ door, that exits onto three concrete steps about 42″ wide that lead to a concrete slab/porch (which will eventually be tiled), with a 6’0″ sliding glass door. i need to extend the existing steps about two feet on either side (the steps will also be tiled in the future), how do i frame/pour the extensions or would it be easier to use brick? i have no masonry experience; should i hire this out?
thanks, mark
