   Well it was mostly the installers idea.  We've developed a friendship and I trusted him to make it look good.  And he did.

   I'll have to keep that in mind. Have a project coming up in Asheville. Might be too west for him, but ya never know. The project could use better quality than I've seen in the past locally."Compass Rose" ... I'm adding that here as a keyword for if I have to search for this later...

   Is that Kemico acid stain?  Did you/he have to go back and seal the concrete after the treatment?  And is he going to do that treatment all the way up the driveway?

   The acid stain is from QC Products (as well as the color hardener and release agents).  The top of the driveway was actually colored with color hardener, then stamped (with release agents), then sealed with a 30% sealer.  The rest of the driveway was integrally colored concrete (including the approach) and then sealed with a 20% sealer.  We need to repeat the sealing every year or two, we'll see how it wears.  But that is something I can do so it's not a big deal.
