due to the different in temp from the attic to the heated area, my exhaust (fart, hood) pipe are creating condensation. The mosture is leaking water unto the stove. What do I do?

Insulate the duct(s).
Insulate, and then just in case you don't put enough insulation on, pitch the duct so the water drains to the exterior, not back to the stove.
