Hello:
I work for a GC in Berkely, CA, and am experiencing a condensation pattern that I’m having difficulty understanding. The condensation occurs on the outside surface of a couple of double insulated casement windows, during cold and foggy weather. One of the interesting things about this phemomenon is that the condensation collects on only two out of three windows in a bay window- the third window is unaffected. In addition, there is another bay window 5′ away from this bay window that is also unaffected by the condensation. Again, this condensation occurs on cold and foggy days.
