High Efficiency Condensing SS wall mounted gas boiler with built in “tank in tank”

indirect fired water heater.

I have a Trianco Heatmaker that is 14 yrs old and figured I should look into the replacement before it goes. I have radiant upstairs and baseboard on the 1st floor.

The house a gambrel is 2×6 constuction and 1120sft 1st floor + 1000sft 2nd floor

Also, I’d like to replace my baseboard with a high quality BB. What brand or brands would be a good choice.
