I have a 3 story build with the back third of my top level being above a crawlspace. By code it needs to be conditioned. House will be heated with hydronic. No A/C as I am at 7000 feet in Utah. Am I wrong to assume I could just add an exhaust to my ERV that dumps from the crawlspace? I will have the other exhausts in the bathrooms.

I believe there is a code requirement 1 CFM per square ft of space for air movement.
I usually open a return at one side of the crawl space and add a fan to introduce air on the opposite side. It stops mildew and keeps the space dry.
Thanks
