Hey all, been doing construction few years now and I want to get more into designing things such as new built,kitchen, bathroom,decks etc..pretty much anything and everything and since I’m new to this I was wondering which programs would be best to use and start out wit as a beginner in design..thanks for any help guys!

Start with a free program to learn some ropes about making drawings on your computer. Perhaps you'll like it! I do.

There are construction programs, but you'll pay for them.
Search the forum for old threads on CAD ( computer aided design)
Softplan, Chief Architect and Envisioneer are the primary 3D object based programs worth the time to learn.
choose carrefully because unlearning one to relearn another is a lot of mental work and time.
