I remember reading a way to fram a blind soffit vent about 1 to 2 inches from the fascia board that I did not have to use a continous vent that was visably deterrent from the ground. Does anyone remember where that article was. It had nice CAD, or rendering of different ways to frame the soffit. It was very clean, and want to make sure I am not missing a detail.

COR-A-VENT makes a soffit vent that might help. I think it's just two colors black and white.

Thanks for the link Joe, I think I can modify this a little.
We have been using the metal vents, but they get painted, and on the repaint, seem to be filling up with paint, and not looking quite as desireable.
