i recently purchased a nice antique double bed with the intent of converting into a daybed.at first i considered cutting down the bedrails, but i guess i should keep those intact.any ideas on how to put this brainchild together? oh yea, cutting down the bedrails was just an idea-i have no clue how i would go about that, either.
just to give you a visual:the bed will be set up as usual-i will be using a twin matress instead of a double, since the rails will be shortened.no sides in the works as of yet.
