They claim the cost is comparable to ICF, but I don’t believe it for a minute–not for $5.60+/sqft for just the blocks!

My gawd, another Tom Lereher fan! I have the original record that song is on. He sold it mail order in '54, it seems no record company would touch a tune like "The Old Dope Peddler" in the '50s.
Cool stuff.
Sounds a lot like rastra blocks, with the addition of a 5/8" OSB face. The osb would worry me, since it's something to rot/delaminate if condensation or moisture wicking happens.
Also, I don't really think that 5/8" osb is a suitable mounting surface for upper cabinets. How many piffen screws do you need in that application?
I think rastra blocks are great in some applications though, the styrofoam beads+fiber+cement seems like a promising technology.

I found several others now, too: PerformWall, Grid-Wall....They aren't good for really heavy or tall projects, which is not good for me. :-) There is a system called 3D Panel that has shotcrete applied over a grid on either side of the insulation that looks more promising for bigger projects.
