I am installing a copper heat shield behind my wood stove. I would like to use copper screws, but I have had no luck finding any. Can someone direct me to a source? Thanks.

I googled- screws+copper and got 117,000 hits.
Who ever invented work didn't know how to fish....
It's Google, not ogle.
methinks your screws+ term is what gave all the non-hardware (software?)hits!!! <G>
following are all with the " " in the search term, BTW, fasteners is the 'politically correct' hardware term. ?
"copper screws" robertson = 1 only hit for a phone jack
"copper screws" philips = 8 hits, none were hardware vendors
"fasteners, copper" = 486 hits, mostly hardware manufacturers, most of the first few screens showed fastener mfg in India.
All the copper gutter hardware I use has brass screws or bolts. Don't know that I've ever seen a copper screw - probably too soft. You might be able to find bronze screws at a fancy hardware store.

Bronze or breass is what is usually used. Copper is too soft. I think bronze is a mix of copper, brass, and zinc. ????
Excellence is its own reward!
Brass is copper and zinc, bronze is generally considered to be copper with up to 11% tin. Neither of which should be used for casting anatomically correct monkeys in really cold climates...
Try McFeely's (http://www.mcfeelys.com) or a marine supply house.
thomasregister.com the thomas register is basically the directory for everything manufactured. it can take awhile to find the right company but if somebody makes copper screws they're in there somewhere.

Thanks to all who have responded to my search for copper screws, that is, fasteners. Im slogging through the possibilities, slowly.
I think you'll find copper is too soft; however, there are copper PLATED screws. Just a quick ogle, I mean google, came up with at least one

I think I have seen small screws that are copper colored; I'm pretty sure they were plated.
Jamestown Supplies in Jamestown, RI is a good supplier of fastenings fro the marine trades. They have lots of bronze screws and are a very reliable mail order business. (They also have copper nails.)
