Hey all,
I’ve been tossing around the idea of purchasing a corded impact wrench. So far I like the looks of the Milwaukees and the Makitas. Does anyone have any particular recommendations? I’m looking to stay in the 300 ft lbs area. I’d stick with air but I hate hauling out my wheelbarrow just to run one framer and an impact. In any case, I’m up for suggestions.
Thanks in advance,
Nick

we found Milwaukee out performed makita, also less breakdowns.
I have a Milwaukie 1/2" drive that I've had for 7 or 8 years....use it frequently (several times a month...sometimes daily).
Never had a problem.
It's on a jobsite right now...so I can't quote the model number....but it's a good, heavy duty unit and worth every penny, especially if your bolting together a lot of decks, docks, timber or log frames, like I do, or you're getting older (like I am) and are weary of turning wrenches.
Another vote for Milwaukee.

Thanks guys,
I'll look at the Milwaukees a bit closer before I order one up.
