I am a sole owner of a small remodeling corporation. After working for my father for many years he passed away and I inherited the business. To make a long story short, I have been operating the corporation best I can but of course never took any minutes (thinking I would never need them) Well now the IRS wants to look at them. GREAT! Anyone have or know of where I can look at a sample of the body of material I should be incorporating in theses minutes? Thanks for any help.
