Your best resource is to build your own spreadsheet. Visualize each task, the quality you want, how much the tools you need will cost if you do not have them already, etc.
Costs vary from under $1 sq ft using reclaimed/recylced materials and not counting your labor to unlimited $$$$$$$
Probably from the phrasing of your question though you want some fill in the blank form, which will be nearly worthless.
You need to know how to build yur own cost sheet to be accurate.
