i was talking to a cabinet/furniture maker from trinidad. recently (in his country), he’s seen a countertop material, similar to cultured marble/corian that cut be cut with a regular saw blade. anyone know what he might be referring to?

according to him, they use no underlayment/buildup in the installation.
