I’d like to economically waterproof and insulate the entire height of some foundation walls, including the parts that extend above grade. Can anybody please tell me:

(a) How do I attach the rigid foam panels to the block walls;
(b) How do I cover the exposed insulation board? and
(c) How do I secure the exterior covering–metal lath, flashing, concrete siding, etc.–to the insulation board?

Any help is appreciated.
