I saw a louver attic fan mounted to a crawl space door on a home owners house a few days ago. Wanting your feed back . Also , would there be a switch to make it come on connected to humidity???

Warm moist air coming into a crawl space reacts with airconditioned air from the home and condenses. This general subject of venting crawl spaces, attics, and roofs is subject to many different opinions. The general idea is to either keep the warm moist air from making contact with the house air by insulating the floor joists and installing a vapor barrier on the bottom of the joists, or by cooling the crawl space air with a fan. This post may get a lot of different replies by some very knowledgeable people.
Both Broan and Nutone make suitable power vents for this purpose, but their controllers are temperature sensitive, not humidity sensitive. I have used Broan. Both can be found in the Grainger catalog.
