I have a house in the Cleveland area with a partial basement and crawl space. I just had the basement waterproofed but with the recent torrent of rains the crawlspace now has some water. This is the first time I noticed the problem.
Any ideas on my likely cause of problem and ideas to fix it?
Bad tiles from the downspouts?
