Current Estimate’s on Electrical,Framing,Plumbing?

I built for 25 yrs. & I’am no longer familiar with cost per sq ft in N.C.

Framing   $4/sqft? On finish areas Garage?Electrical.$ 3/sqft
Plumbing  $ 600/ fixture ?

    I have never done work based on a square foot price as every job is different
