Any advice on what to get for making long straight cuts and bends in copper for a standing seam roof? I’m hoping to find things less large and expensive than the big factory type brakes and shears, and I don’t need high speed production.

A lot of rental companies will rent portable brakes, or is it breaks?, regardless, its the best way to go. I had local machine shops let me use their equip. If none of this works out, mark and fold over a long straight-edge. I'd lean toward renting a brake though.
