How should I cut the corners on this shower alcove? I have a picture here that shows the 2 different ways to cut it. Which one should I do?

Dam corners
For some reason your photo is not showing for me.
Get a couple of dam corners. Only $2-$3 for a 2-pack at the box store for PVC, CPE is a bit more expensive. They usually sell both pvc and cpe dam corners, make sure you get the same material as your membrane. As well as the proper sealant (Oatey X-15 or equivalent for PVC, Nobelseal or equivalent for CPE) to weld or seal the dam/membrane together.
To cut the liner at the curb, fold a hospital corner for the inside corners of the shower that are on each side of the curb. With the corners properly folded (hospital folds), the membrane will sit on the sloped shower floor and the excess membrane will run vertically up the walls. Your entire membrane will look like a box with no lid.
At the top edge of the curb where the curb meets the door, cut the liner vertically. Run your knife vertically right up the stud that frames the shower door. Then let the liner flop over the curb and outside the shower onto the bathroom floor. Then use a corner dam to seal the corner.
Hope that makes sense.
I don't have any photos, but did a quick search and this photo shows the dam glued in place. Looks like this guy added a small tab of liner on the inside edge of the door jamb.

Here are some new shots of the shower and curb. Not sure if I should cut vertically or horizontally. Cut A or Cut B!?

I don't want to cut this the wrong way, it seems like the more I look at it, the more I am not sure which way would be best to cut this thing!
Get some butcher paper, tape together maybe 2 strips so it's wide enough, tape down one edge to hold it in a fixed position, and then try to cut/fold the paper around the corner. Try it 2-3 different ways and see which seems to work the best.
Ok, it only took me two week to cut the shower pan liner over the curb! I am getting faster (cough cough). I cut it parallel with the top of the curb and had extra pieces that I am going to use to drape over the wood and then of course, the corner dams go after that. Wow, that was stressful, I don't know how people do this stuff in a day!
Yeah, here is the main issue. My Homedepot in Canada, does not have them. My homedepot in the USA does not carry them and says I have to order them online - but, they won't ship them to the store at all for some reason. After a lot of phone calls and visits to the store, I had to pay $10.00 (in shipping) to get it shipped to someones house (not a friend, but a bystander that helped me out from homedepot). AND when I received it,there was only two of them - and I guess I am lucky I did order 2 of them because on the homedepot website, it shows 2 for the price - and I figured I would order the extra and get four. Well, that isn't the case, I only got two, the website pic is wrong. So now I have two of them, preferring to have 4, but I will be using them. I am just needed to decide how to cut the corner because I only get one chance!
