I’m looking for a recommendation for a contractor who I can have come take a look at my porch. It seems to be slightly sinking back towards my house so water runs up towards my front door, getting into our crawlspace and rotting the porch siding. The whole thing may need to be replaced. I’m happy to provide more details to anyone interested.
I live in Farmers Branch, TX.

He's been our builder in Dallas for 4 years now--never heard a complaint!

Do you guys do a lot of concrete/flatwork or mostly decks?
Mostly Woodwork--but more and more masonry and concrete is working its way into the designs.

Doesn't Debbie do Dallas?

Trust in God, but row away from the rocks.
Isn't Blue in that area?

Blue is down in Austin, ~ 180 miles south.
At 20 MPG that's 9 gallons each way x $4.00 gallon = $72 round trip. That's if he has a 20 MPG ride.
Blue may as well be on another planet.

And gasoline in the DFW area is oxygenated as required by USEPA, it's about 8-10¢ more per gallon, to add insult to the end of a four-hour drive (assuming none of the I-35 driving around Dallas occurs 0700-0900 or 1600-1800) . . . Occupational hazard of my occupation not being around (sorry Bubba)
Mary Turco, Mike Modano, and Brenden Morrow will be looking for something to do in about 6 weeks.
Have a good day
