will damp drywall (b4 install) be a problem after it’s hung?
I had some stored, inside…it warped a little..now it’s outside, on a porch..gonna hang one board on a cieling..will the dryout inside affect it?
Rainin cats and dogs now..can’t get inside the house to keep it in there ( it’s at the site) …..should I wait an let it “stabilize” indoors first?

I would use it in closets where you can cut it up but not where it can be seen. The screws pull right through as you try to bend warped pieces straight. Ceilings would even be worse due to their visibility. Talking standard 1/2", I have had trouble with dry sheets that were stored with a bend in them. Not worth saving for the trouble that may follow.
don't do it if it's softened - - if ya 'gotta', use some furring strips on the outside to pull it up flat and then screw it -
Twice I have had jobs where I needed to curve a partial sheet to go around an existing obsticle, once a plumbing pipe and once a warped wall no one wanted to pay to have fixed. Both times I wet the drywall considerably to "form" it around and it dried ok and we painted it with no problem. Hope that helps some. DanT
Hi Sphere.
Find the space to lay the drywall flat on the floor.
Moist the drywall again and( if you have few buckets or some wood ) place some weight in top of it. When the drywall dries it will be good as new.
