Recently we have had some seriously out of level basement slabs. We have been stringing every interior wall. Is this necessary? Should we be back charging the Builder? We commonly bid a daylight at $2 Sq Ft but this is assuming that the slab is flat. We are loosing a lot of time and money having to measure every single stud.
