I went to my local Lowes last night and they had this (click on the link) for more than 50% off! It was $88 or $89 as the markdown price. I didn’t need it of course, and I am not sure it applies to all locations, but they way I understand it is that corporate hands down a list of everything that is to be clearanced and each individual store is left at their own discretion.

Also they are marking down a ton of stuff (at my store anyways) right now.

Lots and lots of clearance items (not just on the back tables but in the rows too!) and regular price markdowns. 12/2 is rediculously cheap …..NOW
