Deck Construction – Mid-Span Blocking

It’s my night for questions.
We’re running 2×10 joists with 14′ & 15′ spans. To try to mitigate the effects of warpage, we’re putting in some mid-span blocking. Is it reasonable to use Simpson double shear hangers for that?

Seems like overkill
Stagger the blocks and it’s easy to nail it off.
