How would you go about skirting this deck with horizontal pressure treated wood (painted)? Trying to figure out the best way to attach. I’d like it flush with the fascia board, but seems like that would be more of a challenge then attaching skirting underneath to the posts.

Build a sturdy simple frame in sections, make sections interlocking, add your boards, hang it from the dbl band joists .
If you wish to someday get under it, figure that in before you start.
