I have a large covered exterior deck that covers lower porch and some indoor area. Subfloor is not sloped so I have problem with standing water along doors and walls. What is best way to try and prevent water from leaking which is already noted inside of house on ceiling of first floor?

hmmm, is the deck surface sloped? Is it a solid surface? There are some waterproof decking surface products, epoxy based IIRC you could look into. Also torch-down rubber, epdm I think it is. But I don't think you can walk on it much, don't know for sure because I have never used it.
Depending on what the surface is, you might want to remove the decking, and deal with the waterproofing under the decking. Kinda hard to say without more info, pictures, etc. Definitely a problem that needs to be addressed, 'tho, if its leaking into the ceiling below.
Maybe you could drill some drainage holes along the edge of the deck that is close to the house. Might not look so hot, but at least that would allow the water to drain away from the house verses standing entering the house
Since you have living space under this, you need to stop thinking of it as a deck for a while, and think of it as a roof.
No roofing material is gauranteed when you have puddling water and requires minimal slope to drain that water off.
So your first step is to create drainage. that can be done a number of ways, including reverse direction and take up the subfloor decking and ....
I do decks with EPDM ( Huch, this is NOT torch down - it applies with contact cement. The torch down is modified bitumen.) rubber roofing, then sleepers, then IPE` wood deck. Several threads to be found with advanced search here. EPDM can be applied over a tapered roof insulation system to create that needed slope.
