I traded up from the single bevel and like it a whole lot the only thing is my crown clamp doesn't work on it. I have mine mounted on a delta stand which works well also.

Thanks, Andy.
Is your Delta stand the side kick stand? How well does the saw fit on it?

My mistake I have the dewalt saw not the delta.I have the delta stand and like it a lot my saw did not mount up exactly so i couldn't use the fence that came with it but still is a nice setup.

My concern was whether or not the Delta #36-412 would fit on the stand. I have a message to the Delta Corp. to see if it is compatible or not.
Anyone else using the new Delta #36-412 miter saw?"Objects in mirror appear closer than they are."

I have that saw on that stand... It didn't fit exactly the way I wanted it to, but I love both the stand and the saw, so I made it work. The thing I don't like is I can't put the saw at the 60* mark to store or transport it. The saw keeps hitting the wheels. But all in all, I like the setup.
Delta Corp said that the 12" dual bevel saw would fit on the universal miter saw stand."Objects in mirror appear closer than they are."
