De=raftproofing old double-hungs
I have a house full of double-hung windows in my house.
In this area of the far North (Vancouver Canada), we have a benign climate. Still, the draft proofing continues, and I need to update the space between the frame and sash – often 1/4″ gap between the two. We can get the plastic “V” strip, but it’s a bear to install on older windows, and getting it in with parting strips and the like is a nightmare.
I sent a fax to the reference in the latest FHB (Repairing old windows) and never even got a reply.
Can anyone help me source some of the slot-in-bulb type weatherstripping so I can seal off air leaks around the windows?

Thanks.
They may have a great selection, but I sent them a fax last week and they never replied. I guess they have as much business locally and don't need to look at other markets.
